Ghost us once, shame on you, ghost us twice, we still want to see you, but we’re holding deposits from now on. 2 no-shows in 6 months = 50% non-refundable deposit for all future visits.

Running 15 mins late? Don’t worry, we’ll work magic with what’s left. More than 15 mins late? We may have to tweak your service or reschedule to not impact those scheduled to come in after you.

Please arrive with a clean face whenever possible; makeup, oils, and heavy creams can impact the application process. We have removers just in-case, but the cleaner the canvas, the more time we can spend focused on making art.
